Wreaths Across America

 

On December 16, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. – Samuel Bryan Chapter will be helping Marion National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

DAR’s Samuel Bryan Chapter Recognizes Good Citizens

Beech Grove, Indiana – The Samuel Bryan Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) have the pleasure of recognizing the winner of our chapter Good Citizen Award.  

The DAR Good Citizens program and Scholarship Contest is intended to encourage and reward the sparkling qualities of good citizenship in our students. The program is open to all high school seniors enrolled in public or private schools accredited and in good standing with their state board of education. Students are not required to be United States citizens.
DAR’s Samuel Bryan Chapter and Hornet Park Community Center Recognizes Local Veterans

The Samuel Bryan Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, along with Hornet Park Community Center in Beech Grove held its third annual Veterans Appreciation Luncheon on Saturday afternoon. This free luncheon for all local veterans began at 11am with Chapter Regent Patricia Moy welcoming all in attendance, reminding them that this event was to celebrate their courage, sacrifices, and to sincerely thank them for their service.
